Mr. SAKAI has numerous years of experience in providing English Language Education materials within Japan. Mr. Sakai is currently CEO of Light House Co which provides certification in a number of educational areas. Prior to Light House Mr. Sakai was CEO of T.F Communications which provided materials and training for the TOEIC and TOFEL examinations within Japan. In addition, Mr. Sakai was the publisher TOEIC Friends magazine.
